Our Federal Overlords • Regional Library of the National Library Service • 55 Regional Libraries serve all 50 states (including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam) • Our foundation collection of digital books and talking book players comes from NLS • Free matter for blind postage • Standards for service
