Step 1: Prospect for Avon Representatives • Need training on successful Prospecting? • Leadership Representatives: • Review the Leadership courses available on yourAVON.com, under “Beauty of Knowledge” • Reference your Development Contact 1 and Contact 2 booklets • Non-Leadership Representatives: If you’re not currently in Leadership, look for prospects everywhere you go – during your daily activities – and give prospects’ names to your DSM or Upline Representative, if applicable. • If you find you are enjoying prospecting, you may want to consider taking advantage of the Leadership earnings opportunity. Step 1: Prospect for Avon Representatives - Cont’d • Remember the following: • Wear the products you love – be a walking advertisement! • Have your business cards, prospecting flyers and/or Avon brochures visible and with you everywhere you go. • Share the Avon earnings opportunity with everyone, everywhere, e.g. Friends, Relatives, Colleagues, Existing Customers, Stay-at-Home Moms, Retail & Restaurant workers, etc.

Step 2: Appoint & Build a Downline or Refer Someone to Avon for a Reward - Cont’d • For Non-Leadership: Why Refer Someone to Avon? • Enrich their lives with an earnings opportunity and a chance to achieve their dreams and goals, • Earn $20 cash referral reward¹with every qualifying recruit², • AND earn additional cash bonuses with every qualifying recruit²during the incentive timeframe. • All qualifiers with regard to referral reward must be met. • Qualifying recruit = places and pays for an on-time order of $100 or more in Award Sales in either their 1st or 2nd campaign.

Step 3: Ensure Recruits / Referrals are Qualified • What qualifies a Recruit or Referral? • New recruits or referrals must place an on-time order of $100 (Award Sales) in their 1st or 2nd campaign and pay for it on-time (in the campaign after the order was placed). For Leadership Representatives, the new recruit must be in your 1st Generation Downline. • How can I ensure Recruits / Referrals qualify? • Your Fortune is in the Follow-up! Reference your training contact booklets for tips on follow-up and selling success.

  15. Frequently Asked Questions • Q. What does Total Cumulative Rewards mean? • This column on tracking sheets shows how your rewards accumulate (add-up) each campaign as you bring in Qualified Recruits / Referrals. • Q. When will I be paid for this incentive? • Checks will be issued each campaign as earned. Checks will be issued from C8 –C12, 2010 (TS C12 – C14, 2010). • Q. What is considered an On Time Order? • An Online order is considered “on time” if received by Avon before noon on your individual RPS order submission date. A paper Purchase Order is considered on time when postmarked by the mail date reflected on the Purchase Order. • What is considered an On Time Payment? • In order to be considered on-time, payment for a previous balance must be paid each campaign prior to the processing of your order for the next campaign. If you do not place an order in the next campaign, payment is due by noon of your individual RPS order submission date.

  16. Incentive Requirements to Remember • Review Avon Policies at www.yourAVON.com under Sales Leadership to ensure a complete understanding of Leadership Program policies. Policies must be followed in order to be eligible for incentive rewards. Avon reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the principles of fairness or program intent. • 3-Way links do count for Recommender in Recruiting component, so Recommender, not Upline, gets reward. • mark can play as a Recommender and count as a new 1st Generation Downline Recruit. • Rollups do not count in this incentive. • Reinstatements do not count in this incentive. • Early orders that change campaign of appointment can cause Recruit to not count if campaign of appointment is outside of incentive timeframe, e.g. C8 National appointment changed to C7 due to an eRep direct delivery order or new Representative’s own early order, would not count as a qualified Recruit. However, if recruited in C11 National and early order changed campaign to C10, then Recruit could qualify if all other incentive requirements are met.
