  1. Select the Workout Modification order form.

  2. Click on ‘Order’.

  3. Click the ‘Open Order Form’ button to launch the order window.

  4. Complete the information or use previously saved data from your address book. Click ‘Next’ to navigate to the next screen.

  5. Enter the zip code and hit ‘F2’ to complete the city, state, and county. Click ‘Close’ to save and later return where you left off.

  6. Enter borrower information and use more of our auto-complete features.

  7. Can accommodate FNMA Fixed, Adjustable or Step Rate modifications.

  8. Click the ‘Suggest Documents’ button.

  9. Click on the individual documents you would like prepared or click ‘Select All’ at the top.

  10. Click ‘Accept’ when document selection is complete.

  11. You can preview or remove documents prior to completing the documents.

  12. Click on ‘Doc Info’ number for more information.

  13. Submit the data to create the documents .

  14. Watch as the document engine works real time.

  15. Download your document package for viewing, printing, or saving. You can also e-mail your package with various security and delivery options.

  16. Document packages are PDF documents and are bookmarked for easy viewing and printing.
