Overview • Works on behalf of state partners for K-12 & higher education, workforce development, financial aid: • Indiana Department of Education • Indiana Commission for Higher Education • Indiana Department of Workforce Development • State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana • Indiana colleges and universities

  5. Communication Campaigns • Three annual statewide campaigns: • College GO! Week (Planning) –– FALL • Cash for College (Paying) –– WINTER • KnowHow2Go (Preparing) –– SPRING/SUMMER • Guiding principles: • Clear college success focus for each campaign • Specific, practical steps for students at each level • State driven, locally led

College Success Coalition PURPOSE • Creating a college-going and completing culture • Building local leadership and outreach capacity • Measuring progress in student choices and outcomes PRIORITIES • Network building • Public engagement • Policy and advocacy HISTORY: Launched in 2007, Indiana’s College Success Coalition is a network of organizations and individuals working to promote a college-going and completionculture Funded by the Lumina Foundation for Education as part of KnowHow2GO campaign

  7. Supporting the Productivity Agenda • Clear, consistent messaging across the education pipeline focused on drivingcollege completion: • K-12 Students • College Students • Adult Students • Building state-level capacity to reduce colleges’ costs for marketing, outreach and related expenses
