  1. Synthesis of LearningAAS Hub Review & Reflection Workshop Penang, January 16, 2014

  2. Overview Thanks to Miranda and Anna for doing much of the work on this! Purpose is: • Agree on collective learning • Present the main implications for 2014 workplans First look at roll-out and then overall implementation

  3. Learning from Roll-Out: The Process

  4. Learning from Roll-Out: Capacity & Communications

  5. Implications • To be fed into the development of the Handbook Version 3 which will be produced in 2014 • Some areas might require more in-depth and case by case analysis – this means we need commitment from hub teams to engage in this analysis – e.g. the community selection paper process

  6. Learning from Implementation: Process

  7. Learning from Implementation: Documentation & Communications

  8. Learning from Implementation: Partnerships

  9. Learning from Implementation: Capacity

  10. Learning from Implementation: Context & Scaling

  11. Conclusions • Many of the responses to the learning can be covered through on-going process – commitment of leaders of these processes – such as KS&L, Communciations, Enablers, to this learning when revisiting 2014 plans and through bilateral conversations with CPLs • Major lesson that requires new and/or improved processes is CROSS-HUB SHARING AND LEARNING • Cross-hub sharing to learn from each other and support implementation • Analysis of learning through in depth analysis within and across hubs • Documentation of the learning
