Will flash • Hoarding • 1 - 15- hoarding across Jaipur Rajasthan • 2- 15 - hoarding Delhi metro and Delhi N.C.R • Electronic • 1- 10- promo per day on satellite news Channel before one month • 2- 10- promo per day on local Channel before two months • F.M • 1- 10- Promo per day on F.M Radio before one month

Conference and Fair • 1- 5- Conference before event and during the event. • 2- 50- V.VIP Invitation Passes and 100- VIP Invitation Passes • 3- 5000 Invitation Passes and 1000 Parking Passes and Sponsor will be flashed on all Invitation Passes. • 4- 25 bunting in Exhibition ground during the Exhibition Sponsor will be flashed. • 5- Main gate of the Exhibition will be presented by Sponsor. • 6- Space will be free for Sponsor. • 7- Company M.D or Director Will be Awarded by Rajasthan Government. • 8- International will involve in this Exhibition. • We will show all 8-days documentary Related to SPONSOR, Rajasthan Tourism, Craft and Culture, Through Screen Projector.

Will flash • Hoarding • 1 - 15- hoarding across Jaipur Rajasthan • 2- 15 - hoarding Delhi metro and Delhi N.C.R • Electronic • 1- 10- promo per day on satellite news Channel before one month • 2- 10- promo per day on local Channel before two months • F.M • 1- 10- Promo per day on F.M Radio before one month

Will flash • Hoarding • 1 - 15- hoarding across Jaipur Rajasthan • 2- 15 - hoarding Delhi metro and Delhi N.C.R • Electronic • 1- 10- promo per day on satellite news Channel before one month • 2- 10- promo per day on local Channel before two months • F.M • 1- 10- Promo per day on F.M Radio before one month

Conference and Fair • 1- 5- Conference before event and during the event. • 2- 10- V.VIP Invitation Passes and 40- VIP Invitation Passes (For 50 lacs, variable for more) • 3- 5000 Invitation Passes and 1000 Parking Passes and Sponsor will be flashed on all Invitation Passes. • 4- Space will be free for Sponsor. • 5- International will involve in this Exhibition.

  8. Various other Sponsorships • Apart from the major three categories that have been listed in the presentation, we have a couple of more sponsorships for the sponsors to take part in the Fair. • 1 . Event sponsorships – This kind of sponsorship will be awarded to a particular event in the fair such as a Fashion show, a dance performance or a rajasthani folk song show etc. • The sponsorship for an event varies from Rs.30 lakhs to Rs.75 lakhs. • 2 . Stalls – We are providing 3x3 = 9sqsm stall space in the fair for 8 days for Rs.25,000 + tax, to utilize it for any intents or purposes of a particular company. • 3 . Banner sponsorships – Rs.25,000 , Rs.35,000 and Rs.45,000 for 10, 15, 20 flex banners all over the arena, respectively.
