Impact of TLR2 and CD14 on Survival Rates Post Infection with TNF484 in NaCl Conditions

This study investigates the survival rates of various genotypes (wild type and knockouts) following infection with TNF484 in a saline environment. We focus on TLR2-/- and CD14-/- models, assessing survival over a period of 192 hours post-infection. Our results highlight significant differences in survival rates, suggesting the critical roles of TLR2 and CD14 in immune response. The data are represented in percentage survival graphs over time, providing insights into immunological mechanisms at play during infection.
