    5. CONCLUSIONES El xito de la reconstruccin de piezas con endodoncia depende de la seleccin del sistema de poste, tecnica de cementacin y tipo de restauracin que recibir dicha pieza. Condiciones favorables: Estructuralmente: Con mdulo de elasticidad cercano a la dentina (fibra de cuarzo, carbono) Anatmicamente: Pernos doble cnicos. Adhesin qumica + mecnica. Reconstruccin con resina directa. Son necesarios estudios a largo plazo, de preferencia clnicos.
