Fatal Bench Accident Involving Drill Victims Marking New Hole at 28 Feet Upslope

The victims were marking the next hole to be drilled. Outslope Rear of Truck The pickup truck came to rest against the drill cab with the door sprung open. The slope angle was 18.5% and was 136 feet from the crest of the hill to the drill.
