  5. Contract • Read carefully and sign. • Expectations: • Attend all sessions • Take the post-test and the PSAT • Complete all homework • Participate fully in class

  6. Pre-test Scores • Examine scores in Reading, Math, and Writing. • Each sub-score is out of 80. • Set goals for raising each sub-score. • Remember- 205 is the minimum goal for PSAT, but ACT tests many of the same skills, so set goals for that, too!

  7. Schedules • Highlighted Skills Sessions (July 5th- Aug 4th) • ALL Strategies Sessions (Aug 8th- Oct 10th) Remember to select Group A or Group B on the website www.mrharder.com by August 2nd. Group assignments will be posted online and emailed. • FAQ- What if I have to miss class? Can I attend another group’s session?

  8. Materials • PSAT 2007 Form S (Pre-test) and results • Cambridge Victory Book • 2 Pocket Folder for handouts • Homework • Highlighter, paper, pencil
