  7. Property Damage Mishap Report • Goal: Class A - 0, Class B – 0 Class C - < 5, Class D < 268 • Mishap report criteria • Class A: Damage/Loss > $1,000,000 • Class B: Damage/Loss > $ 200,000 • Class C: Damage/Loss > $ 20,000 • Class D: All Others • Class E: Near Miss
