  11. Chadron Founder PAUL MCGARVEY Founder and Managing Director: Mr. McGarvey formed Chadron Capital Markets, LLC in 2010. Prior to this, Mr. McGarvey was a founding member of Cybus Capital Markets, LLC, an investment banking firm focused exclusively on national food and agribusiness industries. His expertise includes over 25 years of corporate finance, merger and acquisition and capital raising experience. Mr. McGarvey’s strengths, relative to client relationships, include an in-depth working knowledge of company and industry specific valuations and the factors which influence corporate capital structure and shareholder value. Prior working experience includes lending and investment banking positions with Principal Financial Group, Cigna Investments and Merrill Lynch. Mr. McGarvey received a BSBA degree from the University of Denver, Denver, CO and an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, MA. Mr. McGarvey retains FINRA 79, 63, 24, and 7 security licenses.
