臺南市六甲國小 101 學年度. 週三進修 — 環保洗碗精製作. 日期： 102.05.29 時間： 13:00~16:00 地點：會議室 參加對象：本校教職員工. 1. 材 料 13 斤檸檬 4 瓶 95 度酒精 椰子油發泡劑 1 瓶 1 斤半鹽 蘆薈. 2. 作 法 檸檬削皮泡酒精一日夜把檸檬皮撈起，用二桶水（水桶塑膠或不銹鋼） 第一桶水洗一洗再撈到第二桶水洗，然後將二桶水均勻，一斤半的鹽加入二桶水攪拌均勻 蘆薈打汁注入二桶水攪拌 另外將酒精加入椰子油攪拌，再倒入二桶水。. 檸檬取其綠皮部分. 檸檬皮用 4 瓶 95 ％酒精浸泡 1 天. 清洗蘆薈外皮.
