Strategic Initiatives and RMS Goals Review • TAC’s Structural Review Action Items: • Subcommittee Leadership review current Working Group(s) and Taskforce(s) to ensure they are necessary and they are providing benefit. No changes Needed • Subcommittee/Working Group(s) and Taskforce(s) determine need and efficiency of meetings, determine if meetings should be cancelled or if needed it could be better conducted via Web Conference. Process already in place and being utilized • RMS determine the correct name for the “SMT Strategic Initiative” Completed • Subcommittees review the revised TAC Strategic Initiatives planned for 2018 for accuracy. Revision Requests Voting • RMGRR132, NOIE Disconnect and Reconnect Process (Vote) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) provides Non Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) with the ability to disconnect retail Customers for non-payment by integrating them into Section 7.6, Disconnect and Reconnect for Non-Payment Process. It also exempts NOIEs from the Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (TXSET) process if they utilize it less than 25 times per month http://www.ercot.com/mktrules/issues/RMGRR132#keydocs • Tom Burke , submitter, proposed new comments to the original RMGRR 132 to reflect Transmission Tariff revisions. • Motion to Table and Refer GSEC’s new comments to TX SET carried Unanimously. TX SET will also discuss draft Protocol language changes proposed by GSEC for Section 2 “Definitions” and Section 3 “Management Activities for the ERCOT System”. RMS Update to COPS

Working Group/Taskforces Updates • Texas SET Working Group (TX SET) • July-September 2017 Meeting Highlights: • Texas SET Working Group Procedures (Vote) • RMS Unanimously Approved • Texas SET Implementation Guide Change Control Process (Vote) – RMS Unanimously Approved • 2018 Flight Schedule (Vote) – RMS Unanimously Approved • Change Control 2017-807, Update the language in the CW1 Reject Reason in the 814_09 and 814_13 transaction to support NPRR778 (Vote) – RMS Unanimously Approved • NPRR839, Clarification of ERCOT Forwarding of Consumption and Other Data (Vote) – • TX SET provided RMS with their recommendation RMS Update to COPS

Revision Requests Voting • NPRR839, Clarification of ERCOT Forwarding of Consumption and Other Data (Vote) • This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) updates Section 10, Metering, to clarify that upon receiving meter data transactions from a Transmission Service Provider (TSP) or Distribution Service Provider (DSP), ERCOT will forward the transaction/s to the Competitive Retailer (CR), as designated by the TSP or DSP. • 8/11/17 PRS: Unanimously Approved Motion to Table and Refer to RMS • 10/10/17RMS: Motion to Endorse NPRR839 as submitted was Unanimous and this endorsement will be considered by PRS during their 10/12/17 meeting.   9. Working Group/Taskforces Updates • Texas Data Transport and MarkeTrak Systems (TDTMS) • Implementation Schedule for NPRR778 (Vote) • OPTION 1: Keep Release 5 go-live. No end-to-end coordinated testingperiod. • OPTION 2: Postpone to Release 6 go-live. Includes end-to-end testing period. • Release 6 go-live: December 9-10, 2017 • Oct 16th - NPRR778 code loaded in the RMTE available for ad-hoc testing • Oct 19th – RMS NPRR778 Workshop – Elimination of Cancel w/ Approval MarkeTrak Process • 9am – 12pm (In-Person and/or WebEx) • Coordinated end-to-end testing window: November 20th – December 7th (after Flight 1017 Ad-hoc Testing ends) • TDSPs will support MarkeTrak Cancel w/ Approval through March 1, 2018 • RMS Unanimously Approved Option 2 Release 6 Implementation Schedule.   18. “Other Business/Announcements” • Reviewed 2018 Board/TAC and Subcommittee Meeting Calendar • Leave RMS meetings as scheduled on the 2018 calendar • Determine during the current month if next month’s meeting should be Face to Face, Web Conference Only or should RMS Cancel? • Face to Face meeting determinations should be based upon if voting is necessary to meet quorum/voting requirements and/or agenda topics that may be scheduled for that meeting’s discussions. • PUCT Staff FEMA Trailer Update/Market Q&A • FEMA has started delivering trailers to approximately 8,000 individuals hurricane victims who met the necessary requirements. Of those approximately 5,800 trailers will more than likely be installed because some Customer’s will withdraw their applications. • Deployment has started in Rockport – AEP’s service territory with additional trailers potentially planned for TNMP and CNP’s service territories. • The plan – General Land Office would install the temporary service pole and the TDSPs will assign these trailer new ESI IDs and addresses with unit number HH (Hurricane Harvey) designation.
