  2. The Red HatThink of fire, feelings and warmth Prinaša občutja – čustva in intuicija postanejo legitimni del razmišljanja. What do you feeel about the suggestion? What are your gut reactions? What intuitions do you have? Don’t think too hard and too long.

  3. The White HatThink of a sheet of paper, računalniški izpis, podatke Prinaša osredotočanje na podatke in informacije ter nevtralnost v razmišljanju. What are the facts? What information is available? What is relevant? What is missing? How are we going to find the missing data? Be neutral in your thinking.

Do our ideas work in the existant system? How could they be adapted? Can we modify the system? What the advantages of the new proposal? What are the concepts behind the proposal? Be positive and constructive.

What is essential in this solution? What does it mean? How can we summarise this? What would be necessary to realise this idea? Let’s look at this idea from a different perspective. Let’s think about it once again…Do we all agree with the proposed solution? Blue is for planning, organisation, monitoring and reflection. It sets the focus and call for the use of other hats.
