  3. epochal ·  \ehp uh kuhl\ · (adj.) : momentous, highly significant. For many teens, an epochal event is driving for the first time.

  4. fodder ·\fohduhr\ (noun) : readily abundant ideas or images, raw material, as for artistic creation. The fodder for discussion was ways to save energy.

  5. histrionics ·\hihs tree ahnihks\ · (n) : deliberate display of emotion for effect. The histrionics by the soccer player made the official pull out the red card.

  6. vociferous ·\vohsihfuhruhs\· (adj.) : loud, noisy. The vociferous chimpanzee scared the children at the zoo.
