Take your first practice exam before you ever start studying/reviewing anythingAll practice exams are serious, proctored, with materials, breaks... hell even wear the same clothes (or similar) when you take it. Your first few practice exams are significantly more important than your next few practice exams (even though it won't feel that way)Split your study plan in half to a high-content phase and a high-practice phase1-2 off-days (or off-hours) a week, planned with the same diligence as your study days, doing your hardest content/practice topics right before (eg. physics/orgo topics)On test day, always take the bathroom break or at least leave your testing areaOnce the exam is done, your allowed 5-minutes to think or cry about whatever question/passage/section, but after that no more MCAT-speak.
