Open Latvia

TELEBALT aims to promote EU IT research activities in the Baltic countries, specifically Latvia. The project encourages the submission of new project proposals to the European Commission and advocates for the utilization of IT in various fields. Objectives include the development of Information Demonstration Centres (IDCs), organization of workshops related to the IST program, publications, and networking with IT-related organizations and ministries.
