  3. 2. LEVEL 별 AUDIT 방법 LEVEL 1 : Theta , R 라인 가공/조립으로 구분하여 1회/1일 시행 , TAU는 All 체크시트 Page 1만 시행 LEVEL 2 : Theta , R 라인 가공/조립으로 구분하여 1회/1주 시행 , TAU는 All 체크시트 Page 1 + 공정 특성 LEVEL 3 : 해당 라인 1회/1월 Audit 시행 체크시트 Page 1 + 공정 특성 All LEVEL 4 : 해당 라인 1회/3개월 Audit 시행 체크시트 Page 1 + 공정 특성 All

  5. 3. 체크시트 완료 본 제출 ▶ 완료 후 현황판 내 체크시트 보관함에 넣어 두면 됨

  6. 4. Audit 완료 기록 Level 1 : 현황판 내 금월 진행 현황날짜 옆에 서명 Level 2,3,4 : 해당 주/월에 날짜 기록 후 서명
