机房标准化建设从我做起 —— 【 中海 · 金沙府 】 设备房挡鼠板改造 【 中海 · 金沙府 】 小区前期参照 《 中海物业设备房设施配置及管理标准 》 的相关要求，对设备房配置了挡鼠板。由于未考虑其设备房地台的高度，当时统一规划高度安装后存在人员进出不便、易造成误伤的情况。通过成都地区管理中心工程技术管理部组织各项目维修主任到其它物业参观学习，借鉴对方先进技术后管理处工程管理部于近期对原有设备房挡鼠板进行了改造。改造后的挡鼠板变得更加漂亮、适用。. （配图 / 陈轩，撰文 / 陈轩）.
