Standardized Administrative Resources • Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory (FTDTL) Portal Manage Drug Testing Results and Statistics • Personal Spreadsheet (IAW ARIMS, AR 25-400-2) Manage any statistical data developed at command

Testing & Training Mission • Each command has a yearly testing goal of 100% random (IR) testing premise • 10% minimum per month or • 25% minimum per quarter • Primary Method of testing: Drug Testing Program (DTP) Full or Lite • Secondary Methods of testing: cards, numbers, chow line, etc. • Training Mission: 2hrs of Prevention Training for Soldiers (4hrs for Deployed) 2hrs of Prevention Training for Civilians

Statistical Positive Urinalysis Data • 2002: 1.66% • 2003: 1.60% • 2004: 1.52% • 2005: 1.41% • 2006: 1.38% • 2007: 1.50% • 2008: 1.58% • 2009: 1.82% • 2010: 2.20% as of 30 Apr 10 • Note: Alcohol, there is no data provided since there is currently no program in place due to lack of QAAP funding.
