Service Statistic Menu Transaction Year reflects Default Settings: Year = Annual Report Year Ledger = Actual Results • SDP Selector provides 2 views : • Service Totals without Data Entry, or • Services per Service Delivery Point • Top Menu Options (from left to right…) • Services - Service Portfolio and Data Entry • SDP - Service Delivery Points by Location (S3) • Surveys - Global Indicator Indicators • Reports - Service Statistics Summaries & Trends

  3. Step 1: Select a Service Delivery Point Upon selecting Services top menu option… eIMS displays Service Type totals for the entire MA. Select a service delivery point to view subset. Service Types appear in CAPS.

Service Type and Service Details • Service Types • Service Heading labels; no data entry permitted • Displayed in CAPS • Service Account codes ending in 000 • Service Details • Data entry point for specific service • Displayed in upper and lower case • Service Account codes ending in 10 through 99

  5. Note on Service Delivery Point • Historical data reported to IPPF was broadly categorized by Channel of Distribution. • Regional database maintained by WHR imported into the eIMS all Association data by Channel of Distribution. • Associations have the option in the eIMS to report by SDP in detail by outlet or using broader classifications reflecting Channels. • Currently SDP field in eIMS is defined to represent concept of broad channels. • Associations using eIMS for monthly tabulation of services may consider redefining SDP in eIMS by outlet to conform to local program reports.

  6. Units of Measure Service Types are displayed with their results in columns by Units of Measure. Totals represent the sum of Service Details for each Service Types.

  7. Step 2: Expanded View – Service Detail Selection Select Expand All Services tick box to view Service Details. Use – symbol to collapse and + symbol to expand Service Types. Each Service Detail is a hyperlink to a data entry screen.

  9. Step 3: Service Statistics Data Entry Units of Measure To return to the Service Portfolio page after entering data, select Save’n Summary to submit and add these service detail results to the Service Type.

  10. Step 3: Next Service Selector To submit the service results and proceed directly to the next data entry screen … • Select an SDP • Select a Service Detail, and • Click the Save’n Jump to button.
