Choose a representative from your pair

  4. WHAT YOU’RE DOING NOW(SHARING) Supporters will present their statement in 2 minutes, placing emphasize on the strongest point. You are trying to convince the other side of your points. The detractors will have an opportunity to ask any clarifying questions about what was said. NOT debating, just trying to clear up factual information. Detractors will present their argument in 2 minutes, placing emphasize on the strongest point. The supporters will have an opportunity to ask any clarifying questions about what was said.

  5. ROUND 2--Reverse Positions

  6. BUILD CONSENSUS Come back together as a whole group and see if there is any broader consensus among groups. Fill out constructed response sheet.
