Como fazer Iogurte. Juntar duas colheres de chá de leite em pó a 500ml de leite inteiro. Levar a mistura a ferver cerca de 30 segundos, mexendo sempre para matar quaisquer bactérias indesejáveis. Cuidado não transborde!. Arrefeça até 46-60°C.

  1. Como fazer Iogurte Juntar duas colheres de chá de leite em pó a 500ml de leite inteiro. Levar a mistura a ferver cerca de 30 segundos, mexendo sempre para matar quaisquer bactérias indesejáveis. Cuidado não transborde! Arrefeça até 46-60°C. Divida a mistura por dois recipientes estéreis e rotule com os números 1 e 2. Teste 1 : junte 1-2 colheres de chá de açucart Teste 2 : junte 1-2 colheres de cháode iogurte estéril Mexa ambas as misturas com uma colher previamente esterilizada mergulhando-a em água a ferver Cubra os recipientes com folha de alumínio. Incube a mistura a 32-43°C numa bacia de água quente, durante 9-15 horas, até que a firmeza desejada seja alcançada.
