HP OCTOBER 2011 DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT

This report covers the key developments and improvements made in the Lady Obstetrics and Gynecology (O&G) and the 2nd ENT Clinic as of October 18, 2011. The target for Lady O&G is 150 patients, with 30 inpatient visits noted as of October 20, 2011.
