Planning for Oceania Athlete Forum 2019 ANOC AC plan 2019 Implementing the Athletes Declaration Review and improve the NOC Athletes Commission tool kit with IOC AC 3 x Continental and International Forums Encouraging and Supporting NOC AC’s
