  1. How To View Appointments Without ChargesHow to View Balance Aging Reports

  2. Open Custom EMedical (icon is on your desktop). Use the same User Name and Password as in Medisoft • Click on Appointments Without Charges

  3. Select the sort order, then click on Start

  4. To view Aging Reports, go to the main menu in Custom EMedical • Click on Outstanding Balances • Select a Report To Run and then click on Preview
