  5. Tax Incentive Work Group • Goals: Retool incentives to attract more industry, stimulate expansion/retention of existing industry and increase employment opportunities

  6. Built in Cook Loan Pool • Section 108 Loan Fund • Gap financing for job-creating development projects • Types of projects: TOD, COD, mixed use hospitality/service projects, business expansion
