  2. Reporting and analysis are important post- sales activities in the sap Sales and Distribution (SD) Module. And are carried out in an organization to analyze the outcome of sales process. The reporting activity is primarily related with the generation of reports on the basis of the data related to a particular activity or process. The analysis activity entails observation of the reports to either draw a conclusion or in ascertain the market trends. Both the reporting and analysis activities contribute towards formulating new strategies and plans for organization. The reporting and analysis activities include task such collecting information about an activity, preparing a report and analyzing the reports.   4. Exploring the Quick view Tool: Quick view is an elementary tool to generate reports simply by entering the data in the my SAP ERP system. instead of creating the SAP queries. SAP consultants who do not have programming experience to create the sap queries can also generate reports using the quick view tool. Quick viewer is a reporting tool, which is used to generate Quick Views assigned to a particular data for which the reports is to be created. The quick viewer tool is similar to an ABAP Query. Which is created by using ABAP programming Language. Quick viewer is more useful when u need to query more than one table, such as a master data to obtain the information you require. Quick View helps you to access multiple tables.   9. The figure show that , choose data source dialog box, It displays the name of the quick view (Z002) which has been entered in the quick viewer Initial Screen. Enter the required information in the textboxes beside the title label, we have entered Test View and in the data source. Lastly, we have selected Layout Mode as the mode to display data.
