This guidance serves to utilize visual information effectively, emphasizing the timely civil support actions performed in collaboration with mission partners and international allies. The aim is to inform domestic audiences, ensure mission partners' confidence, and update policymakers while promoting interagency coordination. The Commander’s Intent is to visually communicate the life-saving and humanitarian assistance operations conducted by NORTHCOM. Imagery should depict federal, state, tribal, and local agencies working together in disaster responses, ensuring a unified effort in crisis management.
