  3. Responsabilities on land registration • Public Administration Ministry - National Office for Cadastre Geodesy and Cartography • Ministry of Justice – Land Book Offices NOCGC - BlomInfo Romania

  4. NOCGC • Initiates regulations, laws and technical specifications • Coordinates land reform activities • Certifies private surveyors and surveying companies • Maintains the state geodetic control point network • Coordinates and controls systematic and sporadic cadastral registrations • Together with the Ministry of Justice organises information exchange with Land Book offices NOCGC - BlomInfo Romania

Achievments May 2002 - May 2003 • 161,049 properties identified in the field • 90,000 land reform titles issued between 1991 and April 2002 scanned, text data input, georeferenced • 40,000 sporadic documents registered between 1998 - April 2002 scanned and input, georeferenced • 450,000 parcels recorded in the database • 2500 index maps plotted • Complete assessment of data available on the covered area NOCGC - BlomInfo Romania
