  11. Providing a range of communication systems to ensure that careers information and important messages can be delivered to all students and parents

  12. And to ensure that students get the information they need, at the time they need it – and actually act on it

  13. What we want to ensure is that no student (or parent) is ever in the position where they have to say: “I didn’t know” “I didn’t hear” “I must have missed it”
