Who is DEAO? • The North Carolina Division of Environmental Assistance and Outreach is the non-regulatory division of the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources. • DEAO is a team of environmental professionals who provide technical assistance, outreach, information and consultation to the business community, local government and citizens.
