August-September 2012 Session Adult Soccer League Application TEAM LEAGUE FEE: $895 (If Paid in Full by Game #1 League Fee is $795) Season Starts: Third Week in August, 2012 Entry Deadline: August 2nd, 2012 • Divisions / (Primary Night) • Men’s Sunday (Sunday) • Men’s Weekday (Weekdays) • Men’s A (Monday) • Coed Competitive (Tuesday) • Divisions / (Primary Night) • Women’s Open (Monday/Thursday) • Women’s A (Sunday) • Men’s Over 40 (Friday) • Coed Recreational (Wednesday/Sunday) • SPORTSCENTER POLICIES • ALL TEAMS MUST PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF EACH SEASON (Unless Paid In Full Prior to Season) • A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO EACH TEAM’S FIRST GAME • ALL TEAMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE FOURTH GAME OF THE SEASON • A $50 FORFEIT FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO ANY TEAM FORFEITING A GAME – (A FEE WILL NOT BE ASSESSED IF THE FORFEITING TEAM NOTIFIES THE SPORTSCENTER 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE GAME) • NO GAMES WILL BE RESCHEDULED AFTER THE FINAL SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED • Teams or Players violating South Shore Sports Center Rules may be Expelled Without Refund NOTE: ALL TEAMS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL REGARDING YOUR TEAM’S FIRST GAME TIME --- ALL OF OUR SCHEDULES WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE @ WWW.SOUTHSHORESPORTSCENTER.COM
