  2. Summary Historical Usage Sent transactions (867_02) fell below the 98% within protocol for Standard Move-In and Priority Move-Ins. This is due to: 1: a protocol calculation error on 2: duplicate 867_02 transactions sent to ERCOT. • 867_02 transactions were forwarded within the 4 hour protocol. Only the calculation is in error. • One TDSP sent 1,198 transactions multiple times resulting in 13,705 transactions out of protocol. Standard Move In Received transaction (814_07) fell below the target 98% within protocol. Priority Move-In Received transactions (814_07) fell below the target 98% within protocol. • This is due to one CR submitting the transactions outside protocol.
