  7. Why dont Christians read the Bible as often as we would expect? Cultural factors: • Less reading • Changing use of Bible in church • Suspicion of big picture story/integrated truth system • Transformation takes time in an instant society Personal factors: • Busy lifestyles • Difficult to understand and apply
