Making Models • Choose which members that will measure the various objects in the room. • Use the meter sticks to measure the objects in meters. • Write down the dimensions of the objects on page 19B of your notebook. (All group members should have the same dimensions) • Decide how many squares will represent a meter. • Draw the classroom onto your graph paper. • **Each member will produce their own drawing of the classroom.** • Write your name, period, and date on the graph paper and turn it in to the teacher. • Place the directions of “Making Models” in your notebook to be glued in later.
Study Guide – Cell Biology, Microscopes, and the Scientific Method • If you finish the “Making Models” activity early, you may begin working on your study guide. • Write the answers onto page 19A of your notebook. You will glue the questions in later. • If you do not start or finish the study guide in class, you must complete it for homework.
