  3. Nurturing Talent - What is it? The ‘Nurturing Talent Mentor Scheme’ connects professionals within industry to undergraduate students. The key objectives are to enhance the student’s employability through developing professional networks, confidence and key skills, providing them with a competitive edge in the graduate labour market. .
