3. Background • I have always loved cooking a variety of recipes from many different cultures • I am fascinated with stories people tell about their recipes • My goal is to find like-minded folks • The thought of creating the Salini Creations came from my desire to share

How will this work? • Friends gather in my kitchen for a monthly cooking event at which a designated cook will share his or her recipe • Salini Creations provides ingredients for each recipe and works with the cook of the day to ensure that the kitchen is all set up • Salini Creations produces a videotape of the event • A host introduces and interviews the cook • Videos and photos posted at the Salini Creations website for us all to cherish the memory and experience
