DESCRIPTION

Join Mrs. Sonia McDowell for an exciting ceramic workshop this summer at Swift Creek Middle School! Designed for ages 9 and older, this unique experience will teach you to create your own face jug, animal pot, tile, or other clay creations using handbuilding techniques. All materials, including clay, glazes, and firing, are provided. Classes will run for one week, meeting for three hours each day. All skill levels are welcome!   1. GOT CLAY? Workshop with Mrs. McDowell BACK AGAIN this SUMMER @ SWIFT CREEK!! Swift Creek Middle School is sponsoring a unique ceramic summer workshop for everyone (9 years & older.) Join Buck Lake art teacher, Sonia McDowell and learn how to create your own face jug, animal pot, tile or design your own clay creation. All materials included. Clay, glazes and firing. Handbuilding ONLY. NO wheelthrowing. Classes will meet for 3 hours each day for one week. All skill levels welcome.
