Introduction This design describe a Web site consisting of three pages, home page with some general information about department of Software Engineering and identify students for this section and make it easier for students know the material of this section of their teachers and their personal information and how to communicate with them.

  3. Purpose • The main goal and purpose to this project : • To serve and meet the student need and facilitate registration procedure especially at the beginning of every semester. • To facilitate communication between students and teachers • Website consistent and quality of content .

  4. Scope Project scope is represented as the following : • 1- web page be light and simple as possible for easy navigation. • 2- we will create the most important functionality in the system for sides , student and teacher

METHODOLOGY Functional Characteristics • Project functional characteristics are divided into: • 1- system shall allow user have an authorized access. • 2- student should enter correct username and password • 3- system shall allow users to register the courses at the beginning in each semester. • 4- the system shall allow user to modify the registered courses.

Assumptions and Constraints Assumptions • Courses schedule should be included in the schedule of the courses available in each semester • An inbox include for each user of the system to facilitate communication. • It is assumed that an Internet connection is available to the system on which the software is to be installed.

  10. Level 0 context Diagram Constraints • The system should run on all windows versions • The system shouldn't confirm any registration processes done by the student before advisors check them and prove them • Internet connection should be available to could use the system
