  1. Using the ATM Machine Induction for Foreign National Inmates

  2. Here is your ATM Machine. You can use it to do lots of important things.

  3. First, you must log in.Do this by entering your CMS Number

  4. Then use your fingerprint and you’re in!

  5. You’ll now get a menu. Choose the option you need.

  6. Account Balances shows you how much money you’ve got. Everything you earn and spend can be viewed here. You can print this information off too!

  7. Canteen Shopping shows you what you can buy. It also shows you how much everything costs.

  8. Menu Ordering lets you choose the food you want to eat. If you don’t choose then you have to eat whatever is left over.

  9. Pin Phone Top Up lets you put credit on your PIN phone. Use this to call your friends and family.

  10. Timetable shows you what you are doing everyday.

  11. Visits Booking lets you organise visits from friends, family and also legal visits. If you can, have as many family visits as possible: they’re important!

  12. Cell Fault Reporting lets you tell us when there is a problem with your cell.
