Class Presidents • MS2 – organize social activities for the class, organize orientation, organize the Winter Gala (AKA Med School Prom) • MS3 – organize social activities for the class • MS4 – organize social activities for the class, organize graduation festivities, pearls day, and skit night, speak at graduation

  19. VPs of Student Affairs • Develop and maintain the budget for SOM student organizations • Coordinate the Leadership Workshop each fall and Funding Workshop each spring • Organize the Career Opportunity Series (COS) lunchtime lecture series

  21. VP of Educational Development • Coordinates end-of-year survey for all classes • Serves as liaison to the Office of Educational Development • Coordinates focus groups for courses throughout first and second year

  41. Asst VPs for Curriculum Affairs • 2 students, run as a pair • Serve on the MS1 Course Director Committee • May serve on other curriculum committees as appointed • Actively participate in the Whitehead Curriculum Committee

  42. Asst VPs of Information Technology • 2 students, run individually • Assist the VPs of IT with voting and maintaining the WMS webspace • Serve as liaisons to the MS1 class for IT issues • Work to ensure all WMS IT knowledge is maintained from year to year within the organization
