Der Executive Master of Business Administration MBA in Tourism Management richtet sich an : • Höheres Management mittlerer & größerer Tourismusunternehmungen • Führungskräfte aus: • Hotel und Gastronomie • Unterhaltung und Freizeit • die in ihrer aktuellen und künftigen Tätigkeit weiterkommen wollen Zulassungsvoraussetzungen: • Abschluss Universität, Hochschule, Höhere Fachschule • mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management • gute Englischkenntnisse • Unterstützung durch den Arbeitgeber Chur Lausanne Luzern

Struktur • Foundation Module (seven subjects) • Expansion Module (seven subjects) • Implementation Module (six subjects) • Master’s Thesis • mit dem Abschluss: • Master of Business Administration in Tourism Management • Beginn und Dauer • Das Studium dauert 2 ½ Jahre (einschließlich Master Thesis), die Unterrichtszeiten finden jeweils über das Wochenende statt. Ein neuer Studiengang beginnt jährlich im Oktober.Kursorte • Die einzelnen Fächer werden in Chur, Davos, Frankfurt und München erteilt. Admission criteria • undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any field from a recognized university or school. • at least two years of full-time work experience preferably in the hospitality or hospitality-related industry. • completed application package, including resume, written essays and two letters of recommendation. • thorough command of written and spoken English. • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), for non-native English speakers as a score of 600 is required • Graduate Management Admission Test • selection interview which takes place after the complete application has been reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Entry criteriaA recognised degree in any subject except Hospitality Management or 3 years experience within the industry at supervisory level and fluency in the English language with a TOEFL score of at least 500. • Structure • Postgraduate Diploma, involving a 5 month intensive semester of taught modules • period of in-training which is optional for those wishing to proceed to the MBA (5-6 months)The MBA component of the course involves 6 months of study.
