Active and sustained participation in national and local discourse on SD: MTPDP and sectoral policies • Participation in drafting the bicameral version of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Bill, the Social Watch Conference on Climate Change, Jubilee South-APMDD conference on Climate and Finance, and various fora and RTDs on climate change, the elections, and DRR

Corporate Affairs • Submission of requirements for affirmation of chapter accreditation for 2010: only 3 (Albay, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quezon City) out of 18 chapters have been able to submit all requirements • To be submitted to the Membership, Chapter and Board Development Committee (MCBDC) of the BOT for review and deliberation on April 28 

  39. Corporate Affairs • Submission of audited financial statements for 2009 to the BIR on April 15 and to the SEC on May 4 • Renewal of membership with the Association of Foundations (AF)

  40. Human Resources Recruitment and placement of project staff: • One (1) Master Trainer, one (1) Assistant Trainer, one (1) Finance Officer, and one (1) Bookkeeper for the Health PRO project • Five (5) Area Coordinators and one (1) Accountant for the EIDHR project
