  2. Browsers You have been asked to list the popular browsers available for viewing the internet and to highlight the differences between them. You have also been asked to explain briefly what is meant by HTML code and give examples of how it is used in web pages.

  3. Email clients To read email, you need either software installed on your computer OR you can read your email using a web interface. Find out the names of THREE email clients (programs) which you could install on a computer. List some differences between them. Find out the names of THREE web based email systems. (This link may help you: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2408983,00.asp Explain how you read email using a web interface. Give some advantages and disadvantages of each method of reading email.

  4. How will you present your work? • You have a free choice of how to present this work. • For example: • You could produce an entirely text based piece. • You could break the text up with appropriate graphics. • You could produce an A3 poster suitable for a classroom.
