  1. Fixed Base Operator, or FBO in the aviation sector, is a critical service provider for both commercial and general aviation sector. Aviation FBO management services usually focus on the needs of the general aviation industry but may conduct services for the commercial and military segments as well. They work with all aviation constituencies that are in need of on-airport services.
