  1. Know everything about placement after MBA According to a recent survey conducted in the Best Management College, Delhi, the 'Value' of the jobs that are given to graduates is quite high. The results show that an average value of 30% of the salaries that are paid as starting salaries to graduates is their 'Value' as compared to other students. A number of online schools are also coming up in this region to offer this type of job. The survey conducted by the HR Department of the Best Management College, Delhi, also showed that the average value of the graduates is comparatively low, and it is very important for the students to have prior experience in order to prove their worthiness to land a job. A large number of the graduates who failed to get employed as Managers have already been working in the industry for years and have had ample time to gain experience in the same. The report of the HR Department in the Best Management College Delhi clearly highlights the importance of a career in managing jobs in this region. The graduates who did not get employed after graduation were asked to attend interviews in different organizations to learn about the working environment and working conditions. The graduates who were unable to get jobs said that they were not able to stand out in the interviews. It was noticed that when these graduates were given the chance to sit in front of a HR Officer, who was in the habit of interviewing the managers, they were able to express their interest in the work and their passion for the work. The students in the Best Management Colleges, Delhi, also participated in various event to market themselves for a job. They used to write ads on the campus for various job opportunities. A wide range of positions were available in the organization to fit all the students' interest. The students who are keen on getting a job were interviewed by HR Officers in the offices of the management colleges. In fact, the HR Officer asks the student to represent the students. It was observed that almost all the students started talking about themselves in front of the HR Officers and then they were interviewed by them. The applicants were given a short questionnaire and a personality test to check whether the students had sufficient knowledge about the department and the working norms. These were based on the questions which were posed in the interview. The applicants were then given the choice of taking the interview online or offline. After the employees have received the application forms from the management colleges, they go through them carefully to ensure that the information on the application form is correct. This ensures that no errors are made in the application form. After the form has been finalized, the application forms are sent by mail to the concerned department of the organization for further action. One of the most interesting features of the interview conducted by the HR officers at the Best Management Colleges, Delhi, was the fact that these students were asked questions about their views on different topics. These were submitted to the HR Department to know the views of the students on certain issues. Some of the issues discussed during the interview were: time management, communicating effectively, corporate culture, management training, the future prospects, management of risks, project management, conflict management, and development. The findings of the survey conducted at the Best Management Colleges, Delhi revealed that the companies found the quality of the students was higher than the employers. This indicates that the students who passed out from the school gained good qualities of leadership and managed time well. It was observed that more than ninety percent of the candidates in the above-mentioned categories passed out of the Best Management Colleges, Delhi, for the MBA course. This shows that the candidates, who went through a long series of interviews and a personality test, would prove to be better in management jobs.

The candidates from the Best Management Colleges, Delhi were seen to be much more knowledgeable about working in the organization than those who were interviewed by the HR Department. The same is also true for the candidates who were interviewed by the HR department at the Best Management College, Delhi. The applicants who were interviewed by the HR officers were found to be higher in intelligence and personality and proved to be better managers than those who were interviewed by the online MBA recruiters.
