Introduction • This course was developed to train the Trauma Team Leaders of the future. • It was devised to give structure, competence and realistic targets to TTL training. What we did not want was simply a revisited “ATLS” type of course. Trauma Team leading has become a far more complex issue with multiple skills and understanding required.
