  4. Intra- abdominaal letsel • Multicenter studie • Inclusie: • <18 jaar • Stomp thoraco/abdominaal letsel <24 uur • CT abdomen op klinische gronden zonder afwijkingen • 12044 patiënten stomp letsel • 5380 CT-abdomen • 3819 x normaal

  5. Intra- abdominaal letsel • Multicenter studie • Eindpunten: • Dood • Laparoscopie / tomie • Angio-embolisatie • Bloedtransfusie • Infuus

  7. Intra- abdominaal letsel Missed diagnose: 16/3819 (0.4%) 14x intestinaal, mesenterium, pancreas Missed diagnose met acute behandeling: 6/3819 (0.4%) Neg PV abdominal injury: 99.6% (3803/3819) Neg PV acute interventie: 99,8% (3813/3819)

  8. Intra- abdominaal letsel conclusie: Kinderen met stomp thoraco-abdominaal letsel en normale CT-abdomen kunnen relatief veilig ontslagen worden.
